convenient location rocks!
clean room steep stairs convenient location
i'm so glad i stayed here again! it's my second time, and i booked a room that wasn't on the main floor so there were steep stairs. my room was clean plus it had everything i needed. i will choose this accommodation again! the rooms were clean and habitable. as we only stayed there to sleep, everything was fine for us.
the mattress wasn't comfortable and sounds like it's made of plastic so it's very noisy when you sit on it or roll over!

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. They took the time to accommodate me at the last minute after my flight got cancelled, which i appreciated. i was able to drop my luggage off early with the front desk and i knew it was safe there.

The standard double room was clean. Also it's not luxury accommodation, but you can't expect that for this price! the room had clear instructions to enter the building and the room, a self check-in. it was easy to get to and check in.

There are many delicious cafés and restaurants just around the corner. Plus there is a cocktail bar right next door to spend some time. westside market is only two blocks away! i loved having so many choices nearby.

The location is excellent! the hotel is close to subways and union square. Washington square is also in walking distance. it's in the heart of the area and a breath from the iconic flatiron building!

great location clean bathroom
The location was GREAT! I found shopping and dining nearby. It was also within walking distance of Times Square and Union Square. The bathroom was VERY clean and seemed new.
I did not realize it was a walk-up with no elevator. The hotel does not store luggage if you arrive early. This could be difficult.
